• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Technical expertise in EV charging technology, network systems, and product deployment processes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, work under pressure, and meet project deadlines.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

• Identify and evaluate potential business areas for EV charger network expansion across strategic locations.
• Liaise with government authorities (NEA, WADA Office, Nagarpalika, Mahanagarpalika) for securing legal approvals and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with the logistics team and vendors to track consignments and ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Sales Strategy & Execution
• Identify sales leads and business opportunities through proactive market research and competitor analysis.
• Conduct regular market studies to assess emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Develop and implement sales plans that align with overall company goals and objectives.
• Monitor the entire sales process daily to ensure pipeline health and effective lead conversion.
• Prepare and analyze application-wise market data to identify segments of weak performance and formulate competitive strategies accordingly.
• Monthly Key Activity Planning
• Plan and monitor KAP to support sales and marketing targets.
• Conduct monthly KAP need analysis and allocate resources and activities accordingly.
• Prepare monthly KAP budgets based on strategic requirements.
• Organize events, activations, and campaigns that meet the defined standards and performance metrics of KAP.
• Marketing & Positioning
• Design and execute product marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility and market positioning.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with the technical, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth product integration in the market.
• Support branding and promotional campaigns based on application performance and market penetration objectives.

• 3+ years of experience in HR
• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management

• Manage recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes

🔹 Requirements:
• Proven experience as a graphic designer (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of branding, layouts, typography, and color theory
• Experience in automotive or tech industry design (preferred, not mandatory)
